This class is made for students whose academic skills are advancing quicker than their time management and organization skills. As your child progresses in school, homework assignments get tougher and workloads get bigger, meaning students must learn good study habits in order to be successful. In this class, students discuss the importance of goal setting, creating good study habits, and other general organization techniques. Students learn skills such as recognition vs recall, critical reading skills, the two-column Cornell note-taking system, and effective memorization techniques.

Outside Classwork: Students put into practice study habits taught in class.
